Deep Fried Beer? Yes, it’s been invented!

In the South, the joke is that everything taste better fried.  Amateur chef, Mark Zable took that to heart when he decided a couple years ago to see if there was a way to fry that special combination of barley and hops commonly referred to as beer.

His concoction will be debuted at the Texas State fair which begins September 24th.  Zable says his fried beer has all the alcohol of regular beer and tastes a lot like a pretzel with beer in the center.
