Staunton, Va. (July 8, 2010) – F2P Technologies announced today that its year-to-date sales have more than doubled to a record 113 percent in growth. The company credits the surge in business to an increased demand in the motorcycle market for its signature Flash2Pass garage device coupled with an expanded dealer distribution globally.

“In just a year, we’ve expanded our push with several leading industry distributors and manufacturers. We’ve also increased our international presence with some exciting relationships in Canada,” said Chris de Janasz, founder and CEO of F2P Technologies. “We’re especially pleased with the latest numbers. They tell us the industry is recovering, our strategy is working, and our Flash2Pass product is in high demand.”

F2P currently has distribution deals with Biker’s Choice/Tucker Rocky, Custom Chrome, Western Powersports, Marshall Distributing, McCarthy Distributors, and Motovan. The company also has a new promotional partnership with Yahama Corp and AMA.

“We’ve sold about 350 Flash2Pass units in a short amount of time. We continually have to re-stock,” said Susan James, Web Sales Manager for the dealership Eastern Performance. “The concept is great and because it is so easy to use, practical, and affordable, we see customers that are purchasing units for themselves and as gifts. This is a must-have product for anyone that uses a garage door opener!”

The Flash2Pass is a hidden transmitter on a motorcycle that opens and closes a garage so riders don’t have to stop unexpectedly to fumble for a manual push-button opener. A simple double-click of the high beam switch remotely opens or closes the garage door.

The Flash2Pass is available for all vehicles with a 12-volt electrical system and is compatible with all garage door openers made since 1982. Each device can be programmed to work with up to six vehicles, whether motorcycles, cars, or trucks.

F2P recently unveiled a new transmitter design that’s nearly half of its original size to accommodate customer demands. Retail pricing for the Flash2Pass set (receiver plus transmitter) is $79.95.

“We want our dealers and our customers to know that we’re committed to expanding our show presence as well,” added de Janasz. “Dealers can see us at the upcoming Tucker Rocky and Western Powersports shows. Customers can also check us out at the SEMA show this Fall.”
